The Emjay Company has been an All-American, award winning innovator in the art of screen printing since 1971. Owner Mike Hegarty's understanding of target markets, careful eye for detail and dedication to customer service has earned his company its place in the competitive event and festival industry for over 40 years. His specialty is personally helping his customers create the perfect merch line for their target market, overseeing quality production and meeting deadlines. He’s always happy to hear about new projects large or small and welcomes your inquiries!


All jobs are unique and there are multiple variables to determine price. Please use our quote request so we can provide you with pricing options for your project. Once you receive our quote and are ready to order, we will take you through the steps to process your order via email, phone or in person if you’re local to our shop and showroom location.  Standard turn-around for print-ready artwork is 7-10 business days. If your order requires a quick turn-around, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your request. We do accept PayPal, which in turn gives you the option of using your Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover Card.


PRINT READY = Files types accepted: Adobe Photoshop Files (.psd), TIFF, PDF. Also, all text MUST be converted to outlines or rasterized.  Other file types may be accepted but might require artwork charges to make them printable. 4-color process work on color shirts may require a white solid under printing area for the color to print on - depending on the color of the shirt or other item being printed on. These types of jobs would require special attention and artwork recommendations.
